While qr-rechnung.ch is in beta, every account gets every feature at no cost. The prices below apply after the beta; we will email you well in advance, and nothing is charged automatically.

Prices in CHF excl. VAT. We are not VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is charged. * Fair use: up to 10,000 bills, 2,000 customers and 20 payee profiles per account.
For comparison: a full accounting suite like bexio starts at CHF 35/month (annual plan). If you only need QR bills, Pro costs a quarter of that.
Annual plan by QR bill: no fees
Pay the year like any other bill: we send you a QR bill, you pay it in your e-banking within 30 days. Your plan is active right away. No card, no fees on either side.

Questions
Can I add a QR payment part to the PDF bills I already make?
Yes, with Pro. Upload your PDF (from Word, Excel or your accounting software), enter the payment data and download the same PDF with a valid QR payment part and receipt at the bottom. It all happens in your browser; the file is never uploaded.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in “Manage subscription” with one click. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Started periods are not refunded.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more saved bills, customers or profiles than the Free plan allows, they stay visible and you can export or delete them, but you can’t add or edit more until you are back under the limit or upgrade again.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe. Stripe supports TWINT for subscriptions too; we will switch it on as soon as Stripe has approved TWINT for our account. Yearly plans are best paid by QR bill in your e-banking, with no fees.
Is my card stored on your server?
No. Payment happens on Stripe’s page. We only store which plan you have, its status and Stripe’s reference numbers.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not VAT-registered yet. All prices are shown excl. VAT so they stay the same if that changes; you would be told 30 days before.
What does the beta mean for me?
Right now every feature is free for every account. When the beta ends we email you, beta users get the founding price, and nothing is ever charged without you subscribing.
