Terms of subscription (draft)

1. Provider

qr-rechnung.ch is run by Luis Miguel Sousa Alves (contact: see the legal notice). These terms apply to the paid plans Pro and Business.

2. Plans and prices

The plans, their limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in CHF; no VAT is charged as long as the provider is not VAT-registered.

The free tools (generator, payment links, checker) stay free and need no account.

3. Term and cancellation

A subscription runs for a month or a year and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in “Manage subscription”; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Started periods are not refunded, also not in part.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. If a payment fails, the plan keeps working for 14 days while the payment is retried; after that the account moves to Free.

5. Price changes

Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply and take effect at the next renewal. You can cancel before that. A founding price stays fixed for 24 months while the subscription runs without a break.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. Moving to a smaller plan or cancelling never deletes data; beyond the limits of the smaller plan it becomes read-only until you delete it or upgrade. You can export everything at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee it. Check every bill before sending it; liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.
